The FREE re-inspection is good for 45 days from the date of the original inspection and ONLY for the original client.
Before you call for your re-inspection, you will need to obtain and send us the following documents:
- Copies of all permits
- Copies of all invoices for work performed by an appropriately licensed contractor. The invoice shall detail all repairs made and include the business name and license number of the contractor.
- It is company policy NOT to perform re-inspections of repairs performed by amateurs or unlicensed contractors.

This kind of thing happens ALL the time! The seller usually hires the cheapest person they can find to do the work. In vary rare cases, an appropriately licensed contractor is used. When repairs are made by amateurs or unlicensed contractors, even the simplest repairs are not done correctly. This wastes your time and money as well as ours.
After your home inspection, when negotiating repairs, make sure that ONLY an appropriately licensed contractor makes repairs and that you get copies of all invoices detailing the repairs and any warranty they provide with their work. In the event that any issues should arise in the future you can contact the contractor to come out and make any repairs.
The initial re-inspection is FREE. Any re-inspections after that will be $125 for our time and expenses incurred.
