If the home was built or remodeled between 2003 & 2008 there is a chance that Chinese Drywall may have been used. Chinese drywall may cause health issues and can cause severe damage and premature failure of the major components in your home. While there have only been a few cases reported in NE Florida, it is wise to make sure that there are none of the “tell tale” signs that Chinese Drywall exists in your home.
