You may want to save your money now and defer the payment to closing. You will need to provide a credit card in the event that closing doesn’t take place within 60 days of the inspection. If the home closes within 60 days no charges will be made to your credit card.

3 Easy Payments:
Because you want the best protection for your family, you will most likely want the Premium or Deluxe Inspection Package. If money is a little tight you can still give them that protection. The first payment is due at the time of the inspection. The second and third payments will be charged to your credit card 30 and 60 days after the inspection.
